M4C / old GODS team are to the next round
We are to the next round in the clanbase open cup.
Our next opponents will be against clan "terrorists" also from russia with love.
So again the wodka drinkers will be crying for high pings etc.
But we will give it a good match.

X-mens bad-good guy has his own movie and now also his own game.
Play as wolverine: hack and slash your way trough some living and robotic foes.
Just a note for the people who either like the comic, the cartoon, the movies or
the UT3 engine its running on ;]
Its out for pc, Xbox and PS3, even a wii version should be available for those who
want to actually make the moves.

X-ray is a new anticheat program that is required to play wars on ClanBase.
It makes screenshots and uploads them to X-ray site, to check for fuzzy things.
Currently when i click
Clan, it only shows me and Quadman.
This can mean some didnt install it, it can also mean some didnt set clantag proper.
(M4C) should be your clantag, and you can get X-ray

comment: 2 M4C getting back into the game
I have been playing with GODS team lately, showing them some TDM stuff,
and playing some OC 2v2 games.
Since some members of GODS want to learn and play a bit more serious then ffa,
we have descided some of them will soon get a (M4C) tag added.
This means we will be able to play more pugs, 2v2 and even 4v4 wars again soon!
We will have three new members:
* Klapkaak
* Godlike Magic
* Godlike Noob
Noob will arange wars and cupgames on Clanbase.
They will have the benefits of our excisting #macloud and pickups allong with
www.macloud.org.
But they aint comming empty handed: They will trow in a Pub server, War server and TS.

SSD (Solid State Drive) is a harddrive built from flash memory.
Sequential transferrate: 235 MB/s
Rate in MBps (higher is better): 121 MB/s
Average buffered write service time: 0.040 ms

This is in fact one of the 1st affordable drives out on the market,
it sells for 195€ @ 60 Gb
and 130€ @ 30 Gb
On the other side Samsungs 1TB, SATA2, 32MB is changing owner for 75€ these days.
You either pay for performance or storage now, i think SSD will be normal in a year orso.

What's so revolutionary about the OnLive Game Service? As long as you have a decent broadband connection, you can play essentially any game, no matter how complex. This editor, quite frankly, has shied away from PC gaming for the majority of his life because of the large investment needed in high-spec computer equipment and continual upgrades to graphics cards. It just wasn't worth the hassle. Now, with OnLive, there's no hassle. The games all reside on a server (which can be upgraded by OnLive every six months – meaning you never have to buy new equipment) and you don't need a souped up machine. We witnessed Crysis (which is notorious for how it pushes PCs) being played on the server off a simple Macbook, and it was smooth and looked fantastic. The service uses video compression techniques (the first interactive video compression tech) to send the game information to your TV or PC/Mac and latency is low enough – just 1 millisecond – to support online multiplayer.
The trick to the story is that all the rendering and stuff is done on servers,
so you only need a low-end pc to play high-end games.
Naturally you would need really fast connection to avoid delays.
