 Ventrillo and server adresses

Our UT³ servers have 'upgraded' server adresses which are more easy to remember:
* open pub.macloud.org (public server)
* open pug.macloud.org (pickup game)
* open war.macloud.org (war server, still needs setup)

Since we found out that TS has very bad sound quality compared to ventrillo;
We have a new Ventrillo server, once again, thanks to dynaphase

Server ip: vent.macloud.org
Server pw: same as #macloud.tactics

 UT3 Bonuspack and HOLP3 released

 Server update

A short note that our server is updated, we have faster downloads now, due to better redirecting.
I also updated utcomp to latest version. (save it on your harddrive, even faster)
And i installed HOLP³

Note: this only goes for our pickup server since i don't have access to the other two.

 ClanBase opens the EC/OC Fall 2009 Cup season

ClanBase is proud to announce the start of the Fall 2009 Cup Season. We have
had a slight delay but the signups are now open and are due to close on the 13th
of September. We have also revised the list of cups which we plan to run this season,
including the addition of three new games.

 ut3 status

Epic Games' release of the free Titan Pack for Unreal Tournament 3 was an
unprecedented move for a triple-A developer, especially considering many saw UT3
as a weaker title than its predecessors at the time of its original release in November
2007 (a view supported by its lower Metacritic scores). Despite shifting well over a
million copies since, Unreal Tournament 3 faced stiff competition on release day from
the likes of Crysis, Valve's Orange Box, Call of Duty 4 and a slew of other big titles,
leading to lower than expected sales early on.

 M4C / old GODS team are to the next round

We are to the next round in the clanbase open cup.
Our next opponents will be against clan "terrorists" also from russia with love.
So again the wodka drinkers will be crying for high pings etc.
But we will give it a good match.

-edit: Thu 4 Jun 21:00 playoff game, this cup is the mother of all fuckups admin wize.

 Wolverine

X-mens bad-good guy has his own movie and now also his own game.
Play as wolverine: hack and slash your way trough some living and robotic foes.
Just a note for the people who either like the comic, the cartoon, the movies or
the UT3 engine its running on ;]

Its out for pc, Xbox and PS3, even a wii version should be available for those who
want to actually make the moves.

 UT3 2.1 patch

Epic Games have released the fifth official patch for Unreal Tournament 3
with numerous bug fixes for several issues such as achievements on custom content
servers and map flaws.
